PUDU — Protocol Unified Design Unit
PUDU is a Python package for automating synthetic biology liquid-handling workflows on the Opentrons OT-2 robot. It covers the full three-stage pipeline — DNA assembly → bacterial transformation → agar plating — and can generate both automated OT-2 protocols and human-readable Markdown bench guides from the same SBOL-style JSON input.
